Specialized air coolers were used for the storage of vegetable produce.
The storage room is equipped with a passive-ventilation system, which makes it possible to maintain microclimate using the outside air during the winter period.

In order to universalize the vegetable storage, we used an advanced mechanical-refrigeration system, which, with minimal impact on produce drying, makes it possible to ensure its rapid cooling at the storage stage, which is particularly important for cabbage and carrots.
