Main / Agilias

Industrial intelligence for real-world operations

Agilias is a separate technology venture: a digital layer above physical production sites, where equipment signals, climate data, video, events and economics become one operational picture.

Why a separate brand

Agrovent builds physical systems. Agilias turns those systems into a source of decisions.

Agrovent already works with ventilation, microclimate, storage, livestock facilities and industrial agricultural engineering. Agilias takes the next step: it treats every production site as a living data system.

The goal is not to create another dashboard. The goal is to help owners, CEOs, engineers and production teams understand why the site behaves the way it does, where losses appear, and which operational decisions should be made before a deviation becomes expensive.

Digital twins of production sites

A structured model of buildings, equipment, sensors, cycles, events and operating modes that can be compared over time.

Operational analytics

Role-based views for management, engineering, energy, quality and production teams, focused on decisions rather than raw telemetry.

Industrial AI

Computer vision, anomaly detection, failure prediction and recommendations based on verified site data and human-controlled workflows.

Where it can work

Not only poultry. Not only agriculture.

The same logic applies wherever physical operations depend on equipment, climate, energy, people, product quality and time-sensitive decisions.

Initial focus areas

  • Poultry, livestock and hatchery operations with climate systems and production cycles.
  • Vegetable, fruit and potato storage facilities where air, temperature and humidity decide product losses.
  • Greenhouses, controlled-environment agriculture and food production facilities.
  • Warehouses, utilities and industrial sites with distributed equipment and recurring operational risks.

Product architecture

Agilias is a platform family, not a single module.

Agilias Twin

Digital twin of a site: equipment states, operating hours, events, cycles, alarms and historical context in one model.

Agilias Vision

Computer-vision products for behavioural signals, process monitoring, spatial distribution and visual anomaly detection.

Agilias Ops

Operational dashboards and management reports for comparing buildings, shifts, cycles, sites and teams.

Agilias Predict

Predictive diagnostics for equipment failures, abnormal modes, energy inefficiency and process drift.

The first practical cases are built around existing infrastructure: controllers, communication buses, cameras, logs and site reports. The customer does not need to replace the whole automation system to start getting value.

Pilot logic

Start with one site, one decision problem and measurable operational value.

1 Audit

We define the site, equipment, data sources, decision gaps and the economic logic of the pilot.

2 Capture

We collect real signals: controller data, video, events, manual interventions and operating context.

3 Model

We build a digital representation of how the site works and where hidden losses or risks appear.

4 Decision

The pilot ends with a practical management report, product demo and next-step roadmap.

Agilias is being built around real facilities, not abstract AI promises.

If your operation already has equipment, sensors, cameras or reports but still lacks a clear operational picture, this is exactly the kind of problem Agilias is designed to work with.
