Solution

To achieve optimal microclimate stability and maximize usable storage volume, the project incorporated several advanced engineering components:

  • A perforated air-circuit system, ensuring uniform airflow distribution across the entire bulk potato mass

  • The use of non-standard exhaust valves, which allowed the client to significantly increase the effective storage space

  • A high-pressure humidification system, reducing product moisture loss and preventing excessive drying

  • Implementation of the ORION automated control platform, specifically designed for vegetable-storage facilities

  • Optional remote monitoring and system control, enabling real-time adjustments and performance analytics

This configuration ensures stable performance in hot, dry, or highly variable climates typical of India, Africa, KSA, and the UAE, where microclimate precision is critical for long-term bulk potato storage.
