Solution

To provide stable long-term storage conditions and maximize operational efficiency, the project implemented several advanced engineering solutions:

Perforated Air-Circuit Storage Technology

A perforated air-circuit ventilation system was used as the foundation of the microclimate solution.
This system ensures uniform airflow distribution and offers a critical feature for crop safety:

• If a portion of the produce begins to rot, the entire airflow can be redirected through a single duct, isolating problematic zones and preventing spoilage from spreading.

ORION Automated Control System

• The facility is equipped with the ORION microclimate-control platform, specifically developed for vegetable storage

• Provides automation for temperature, humidity, ventilation modes, and air-exchange cycles

• Remote monitoring and management is available for full operational transparency

Space Optimization

• Underfloor air ducts were used to increase storage capacity

• This approach freed up space for warehouse machinery and improved operational convenience

This technology combination ensures reliable performance in hot or variable climates typical of India, Africa, the Middle East, and the UAE.
