Objective

• Develop a long-term carrot storage system in two independent sections, ensuring product quality until May.

• Launch the complete vegetable-storage microclimate system within a two-month timeline.

• Solve airflow challenges caused by non-standard container sizes, which made it impossible to maintain uniform row spacing.

Solution

To ensure stable cooling, humidity balance, and effective airflow even under constraints of uneven container geometry, the project implemented several advanced engineering solutions:

• Dragon microclimate technology with a built-in air cooler, which significantly reduced installation time and preserved usable storage space

• A high-pressure humidification system with heated nozzles, enabling reliable operation even at sub-zero temperatures

• A professionally designed compressor room, allowing power equipment, humidifiers, and key service components to be placed in a single compact area

• Two fully automated storage sections equipped with centralized control of ventilation, mechanical refrigeration, and humidification

• Option to combine all controllers into a unified remote-access network, supporting monitoring, analytics, and precise climate adjustments

This configuration is ideal for hot-climate regions such as India, Africa, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, where maintaining carrot firmness, color, and moisture balance requires robust and reliable technologies.
