Objective

  • Manufacture, deliver, and install a complete ventilation and refrigeration system for a 1,000-ton potato storage chamber measuring 36 × 15 m.

  • Implement two independent climate-control zones within a single chamber to support different storage conditions.

  • Complete the installation within a highly accelerated timeline.

  • Produce custom-colored ventilation grilles designed according to the client’s branding requirements.

Solution

The chamber is equipped with Dragon-M microclimate technology, engineered to maintain optimal long-term vegetable storage conditions in hot or variable climates.

Dragon-M technology ensures:

  • Efficient cooling and stable air circulation

  • Uniform temperature and humidity distribution

  • Continuous removal of CO₂ and other respiration by-products

  • Energy-efficient operation with precise microclimate tuning

A high-performance refrigeration unit built on a Bitzer compressor ensures reliable cooling under fluctuating ambient temperatures.

All systems are managed through Croptimiz-r controllers, enabling full remote access, monitoring, diagnostics, and automated climate adjustments.
