R&D Assistant / Regional Systems Engineer

Designing the right climate for each crop, region and energy context.

We need someone who can go beyond catalog logic — and build truly adapted solutions for Africa’s onions or India’s potatoes.

You will:

• Model and adapt CA/storage setups
• Build specs for humidity, gas balance, insulation, airflow
• Collaborate with field teams and global R&D

• HVAC / Agro-engineering profile
• Open to leading regional tech development
• Can translate engineering into action
