Lexo is one of the few farms which, by adhering to all of the technical processes involved in potato production and storage, manages to ship most of the crop during the summer period.

In 2017, the client decided to enlarge the capacity of the rooms so as to handle the storage of 900 tons instead of 715. During the shoulder season the microclimate system was rebuilt, allowing for cost savings in the construction of new storage sections.
