Client: SSPK Edinstvo - agricultural consumer supply and sales cooperative. The main activity of the cooperative is growing potatoes of table root and tuber crops with high content of starch or inulin.
Production, delivery, installation of a set of ventilation and refrigeration equipment for potatoes storage in containers in the chamber 36x15 for 1 000 tons.
In the work on the project it was necessary to provide two independent regulation zones in one chamber and to install the equipment in a short time.
Especially for the project, the ventilation grilles were produced according to the customer's colour scheme.
The camera uses Dragon-M technology, which creates the necessary conditions for long-term storage of vegetables in chambers. Dragon's technology provides cooling, air circulation inside the storage room and a uniform heat and humidity field, as well as replacement of excess carbon dioxide (CO2) and other breathing products with fresh air.
Refrigeration unit based on Bitzer compressor.
The entire system is operated by remote access thanks to the Croptimiz-r controllers.

The equipment was fabricated and delivered within six weeks. This is an extremely tight turnaround time for a project of this scale.
