The necessary volume of the bunker is determined by the daily consumption and duration of feed storage. Depending on the filling type, there are two types of bunkers - mechanical and pneumatic. A wide range of models allows selecting the optimal bunker and equipping it with a feed weighing and transportation system..


Advantages:

1. High-quality galvanization (350 g/m2) and corrugation ensure reflection of sunlight and prevent greenhouse effect inside the bunker.

2. The standard bunker configuration comes with mechanical loading and can be additionally upgraded to pneumatic loading. It is possible to install both loading options simultaneously on one bunker.

3. The inspection window allows monitoring the feed level inside the bunker.

4. The technological ladder with a protective cage and handrails ensures maximum safety.

5. Additional extension of the ladder (staircase) for better access can be installed.

6. The metal sheet thickness of the upper and lower cones is 1.2 mm.


Agrovent silo and flex auger systems offers the user to store and transfer the feed fresh and clean.

  • It is used to transport the required amount of feed to the hoppers inside the house through the manual or automatic drop kits.
  • The feed distribution program that ables the distribution of the feed to the right hopper at the required time with the required amount is done through the suitable processor.
  • Tavsan mechanical batch weigher has a simple and solid structure. It operates for many years without causing any problems.
  • The weigher is suitable to be used for broiler, layer, and breeder houses. It makes weighing in 10 kg batches.
  • Feed quantity in the silo can be monitored and restored when used with appropriate controller. Restricted feed delivery is possible.
