Produce preparation for long-term storage

Before putting into storage, remove the green tops of carrots. Otherwise, they will suck up the moisture from the carrot root, resulting in a loss of marketability.

Volume

It is recommended to keep carrots in a single container with a capacity of up to 1500 tons. Volume of fresh-air supply: not needed for this storage technology.
